When I look in the mirror at 66, the signs of ageing are unmistakable. I practise the art of finding inner peace, and fortunately I am quite successful at it.
Beyond this individual, private aspect, does the topic also relate to our work as coaches?
When Geoff Ashton approached me in May 2025 to be a guest on his The Coaching York Podcast (Reloaded), I wanted to make ageing the topic, also as a tribute to my late father, who wrote a book with this title at the age of 66.
